Start by submitting an application to join our marketplace. Our relationships team will be in touch after we review your application.

Set up your store

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a link to your new store. Our on-boarding team will help you set everything up.

Start selling

After we complete a final review of your store, you’ll be ready to start selling in our marketplace.

Frequently asked questions

: It’s free to apply, set up your account, and list items for sale. When an item sells, we charge a fee of 15% of the sale price.
: Your account will be credited for a sale when your order is shipped. Your account balance, less our fee, will be automatically deposited into your bank account on a monthly basis for free. You may also transfer your account balance immediately for a fee of 3.5% + $0.30.
: You can fulfill orders directly through your NotNot account or through your Shopify account. You can also ship using our discounted shipping option, or you can buy your own shipping labels. We also work with a number of logistics partners who can manage the entire process on your behalf.
: Items should be in new or like new condition.
: Please submit an application to sell in our marketplace. A member of our team will review your application. If your application is approved, you’ll receive a link to your new account so that you can begin setting it up. Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help you at every step of the process.
